thats not a bug its a feature :-) ...and quite a large one :-) you would basicly have to build a eve-combat simulation for that, witch is in pretty much singularity anyway, aslong as you have friends to try out things with you eft is good for ch...

since the mass/bumping got changed last time you cant really bump a capital anymore without using another capital (even with 100mn mwd hurricane + skirmish) - and if you do cyno caps in, the chances are extremly slim that they will bump it and its...
